With Park City Ski Places’ online reservation system you can:

What is Required to Make a Reservation?
When you find the property of your choice you can book the property online, or call us at 435-565-1050. When making your reservation we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is processed 30 days prior to check-in.
Is the Home I See on the Internet the One I Get?
Yes, we rent the specific property you see in full detail on our website. All of properties are unique and what you see is what you get.
When is Check-in & Check-out Time?
Properties will be available for Check-in at 3:00 PM. Check out time is 10:00 AM
Early check-ins and late check-outs MAY be accommodated, ask first.
Do You Offer Travel Insurance?
Yes, we provide detailed information upon completion of your reservation.
Do You Offer Damage Insurance?
Yes, we require $1,500 worth of accidental damage insurance at a cost of $20 per reservation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy?
If the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the guest will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. If a guest cancels a reservation within 30 days to the arrival date, the guest will forfeit the full payment amount if Park City Ski Places's is unable to re-rent the property. If Park City Ski Places re-rents for a lesser amount, the difference will be refunded minus $75. Please purchase travel insurance if cancellation is likely.
How Will I Receive my Confirmation and Arrival Instructions?
Payment confirmation and arrival instructions will be sent via email. You will receive a reservation confirmation including directions and arrival instructions via email shortly after making your reservation. If you have not received these emails, please contact us at 435-565-1050.
Are the Properties Fully Equipped?
Yes, all properties have fully equipped kitchens, wireless internet, DirecTV, BBQ grills, towels and linens.
What Cleaning Services are Available?
The property is cleaned before you arrive and after you depart. You can request a Mid-stay Clean at an additional charge.
Are the Properties Non-Smoking?
Yes, all of our properties are Non-Smoking.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed to stay in the condo. No visiting pets either.
How will I get in the property?
We are keyless, you will be e-mailed unique access codes about 1 week before check-in.
